Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., processes technical request data to deliver and secure the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, the date and time of a request, and referrer information where your browser transmits it. The purpose is reliable website delivery, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Netlify and its service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. 3. Email correspondence
If you contact us, we process your email address, the name and other information you provide, the contents of your message and relevant correspondence metadata to respond and manage the enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or for our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Records may also be retained to meet applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Your information may be accessible to authorised personnel and providers supporting our email and IT services, and to professional advisers or authorities where necessary and legally permitted. Providing information in an enquiry is voluntary, but without sufficient contact information we may be unable to respond.

Technical data is retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security retention arrangements. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage a resulting business relationship, comply with applicable record-keeping obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The applicable period depends on the nature of the record and the legal obligation involved.
